11. The authors shall for all purposes be considered an independent contractor and nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to place the parties in the relationship of employer-employee, principal-agent, partners or joint ventures.
     
12. The completion and submission of this Publishing Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
